Signature Cocktails

• Hill Swizzle

  • 1 ½ oz. Agua Libre California Agricole Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Honey Mix
  • 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1 dash St. George Absinthe Verte

  Build in a 12 oz. glass, fill with crushed ice, and swizzle until frosty.

• House Gimlet

  2 oz. Gin
  1 oz. Lime Juice
  1/2 oz. Orgeat
  

  Shake with crushed ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

• House Manhattan

  • 2 oz. Maker's Mark Whisky
  • 1/2 oz. Carpano Antica Vermouth
  • 1/4 oz. Cointreau
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

  Shake with crushed ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

• Rye Tai

  2 oz. Bulleit Rye
  1 oz. Lime Juice
  1/2 oz. Orgeat
  1/2 oz. Orange Curaçao

  Shake with crushed ice and serve unstrained in a double old-fashioned glass.

• Vadleány

  1 oz. Hendrick's Gin
  1 oz. Zwack
  Lemon Twist

  Shake with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass with a large ice cube.
